Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:
The delivery of the goods is worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 3.50 per order.
The shipping costs for paper goods only are €2.00.

Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Europe: 4,45 €
Rest of the World: 4,85 €

The shipping costs for only paper goods are €3.85.

Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the commodity is delivered in the inland (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, with foreign supplies within 7-21 days after the conclusion of a contract (with agreed-upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please be aware that issues with shipment due to local or global problems (e.g.: a pandemic, a supply chain crisis, etc) are out of our control and can delay delivery.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
